Campbell River, Vancover, Victoria, and Seattle

So the pictures are not in the correct order, I seem to always have fun trying to post them in order. I could take the time to rearrange them, but honestly I have about six loads of laundry to fold and a billion other things to get done today. So here are some pictures from our trip to Canada and surrounding areas.

Eric went up to Campbell River to work on a helicopter they are flying back to the states. So since this may be his last time up there (and I need a passport come June 1), we decided to make it a family trip. Tara, Morgan, Alex and I made the 10 (not including stopping to nurse and eat) hour trip up on April Fools Day. Yes I did drive the whole way with three kids, it went rather smoothly as well. The hour and half ferry ride rejuvenated me for the last three hours of the drive.

Here is the ferry coming home. We were the first car of around a hundred or more, lucky!

Yeah I know the hood is styling, but it was windy and my hair was blowing everywhere.
Cute bunch. That is Vancouver we are headed to.
Alex and Eric hanging out on the ferry.
Cute smiles from a very cute and happy boy. He is getting his first tooth right now....growing up too fast!

Campbell River, looking east towards the main land of British Columbia.
Just near our hotel there is this longitude marker of the 50th parallel.
Victoria B.C. Very cool city, we will go back here some day and explore a bit more.
Victoria B.C. Parliament Building.
Victoria Parliament Building. Took these while I was driving, thus the quality you see.
This is a picture on the ferry I took with the kids on the way up. That is Port Angeles off of the Olympic Peninsula.
A cool boat and Port Angeles.
Diving down into the little ferry at Port Angeles. This ferry was a lot smaller than the one we took from Nanimo to Vancouver. I got sea sick. When I got the hotel that night, I felt so dizzy. I asked Eric if the room was swaying, not fun. I didn't notice it too much when I was driving, but when I stood up I sure did.
This is in Seattle on Saturday. Here the kids are on the monorail. They loved it, it was too short of a ride too. Perhaps this summer we will take the Amtrak to visit Oliver and Kristin (Eric's brother and his wife) in Seattle.
The Parental Units (as Tim would say).
Tara and Morgan sidewalk shopping. Cute kids.
Pikes Market. Tara was checking out what she wanted for dinner.
Random picture of Alex, but it is cute. This is at home jumping around.
Ok, back to dinner....ahhh yucky huh!
Seattle Space Needle
Pikes Market. The flowers were beautiful.
Vancouver. We drove in after riding the fairy on Friday morning, had lunch at a great crepe place and did a little shopping. Very cool, huge city, with amazing homes.
Pikes market. Do you like the face the guy in the back ground is pulling?
Ohhhhh and Octopus.
And the Beautiful flowers my mother in law (Sally) got for me while she was here. They were beautiful. Thank you!
